Hi, this is Linghan. Welcome to my space.
Currently I am an applied scientist at Amazon, where I work on VLM based autonomous shopping agents, and VLM post-training for web shopping applications.
Before joining Amazon, I was a software engineer at ASML. My work mainly focused on the software design and simulations for process window control in photolithography.
My interests lie broadly across different domains, including VLM post-training, agentic AI applications, and computational physics. I have always dreamed of making the world a little bit better with technology ❤
I received my PhD degree in Physics at Washington University in St. Louis. Using first principles simulations, I studied the light-matter interactions in a variety of novel low-dimensional materials, which have applications in opto-electronics and photovoltaic devices. I was fortunate to be supervised by Prof. Li Yang. Before that, I graduated from Fudan University with a bachelor's degree in Physics under the supervision of Prof. Hugen Yan.
